Why Project Allai?
About me
There are two meanings of the word “Allai” (pronounced “Ally”) :
An ally that is associated with another as a helper : a person or group that provides assistance and support in an ongoing effort, activity, or struggle
The Allai valley is located in the Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Province in Northwestern Pakistan. It is populated by various tribes of the Pashtun ethnic group. The Allai valley is close to where my husband Ishtiaq was born. Our intercultural relationship and family give me some unique perspectives that I bring to my work.
There is no ‘one size fits all’ project management strategy. My approach is to find out what your goals are, and suggest structures and tools to help you achieve those.
